To qualify for parishioner in good standing, families with K-8 students must donate a minimum of $600 per calendar year to either Immaculate Conception or St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church.

ADDITIONAL FEES


1)   Registration/Book Fee:  Non-refundable $250 per student.  After April 30, 2010:  $300 per child.

2)   Fundraising Fee:  $150 per Family or purchase two IC Schools Annual Benefit Banquet tickets at $75.00 each.

3)   School Service Hours:  40 hours per family or $800.  Any hours short of 40 can be purchased for $20/hour.

Frequently Asked Financial Questions


What options are available to pay tuition?


There are two payment plans: Interest-Free Monthly Payments and Flexible Payment Scheduling.

Who qualifies for financial assistance & how much assistance can I expect?


Financial assistance is based upon your family’s income, number of dependents and any extenuating circumstances. Therefore, no specific dollar amount automatically qualifies your family. Financial assistance awards vary depending on your family’s financial situation. This procedure requires your 2009 tax information.  All information is kept strictly confidential. If you decide to apply please give us a call.

When will I be notified of how much assistance I have been granted?


For first round awards, financial assistance award letters will be mailed by June 17. Signing and returning the acceptance letter within seven days indicates acceptance of the award.

What if I decide not to accept the financial assistance award — do I receive the registration fee back?


The registration fee is not refundable.

What is the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option program and when do tuition payments begin?

The monthly due date is the first of each month.  This is not a loan, and there are no credit checks or interest charges.  Immaculate Conception Schools are on a 10-month cycle with payments beginning in August and ending in May, or the new optional 12-month payment cycle beginning in June and ending in May.

Is there a Finder Fee for helping recruit students?


Any person who refers a family and that family in turn registers and attends for one academic year, the referring party will receive a $250.00 deduction from their tuition and fees bill.

What if my financial situation changes during the school year?

In some cases the family’s financial situation changes during the school year. In these cases, the family is encouraged to speak with the administrator.
